O Flavius Challenge OCR e o Trail das Masseiras

Across the country and throughout the summer, running challenges have filled the sporting calendar with events for all tastes and skill levels, ranging from urban and road races to those set in the great outdoors. This is the case with the Flavius Challenge OCR 2025 and the Trail das Masseiras.
The Flavius Challenge OCR 2025
On September 6 and 7, the city of Chaves will host the Flavius Challenge OCR, an urban obstacle course race that is part of the Portuguese OCR League and counts toward qualification for the 2026 OCR European Championships in 2026. The challenge offers two courses, one 3 km and the other 12 km, along which athletes will have to face and overcome natural and artificial obstacles in a test of strength, technique, and endurance, running along trails or swimming across waterways, climbing or crawling, etc.
The Flavius Challenge has been organized by Wildfun, a youth association based in Chaves that promotes adventure and sports events and has a strong environmental awareness. It is in this context that they have chosen Tributus to produce the trophies and other prizes for this and other events.
Masseiras Trail 2025
September 7 will also see the Trail das Masseiras, a trail running race that challenges runners to navigate trails through sandy terrain and fields of fine sand, requiring an extra level of endurance and effort. The race offers three distances to choose from: the 31 km race, the 17.5 km race, and the 9.5 km race, for beginners or less experienced athletes.
The Trail das Masseiras takes place in Aguçadoura, near Póvoa de Varzim, and is organized by Bike Service, a company that has distinguished itself by promoting trail running and cycling events in Portugal. And just like Wildfun, it has also chosen medals and trophies produced by Tributus.
