What materials do you use to make the trophies and medals?
We use materials with a low environmental impact, such as wood, cork, recycled acrylics or plastics, and metal. Our goal is for each award to tell a story of respect for the planet, without compromising on modern and sophisticated design.
I don't have a specific design in mind. Can you help me come up with one?
At Tributus, we don’t just sell products; we create concepts. We have a dedicated design team that will develop a mock-up of your trophy at no cost. All you need to do is share your idea, your logo, and/or the event poster with us
How can I submit my logo for customization?
To ensure the best possible print and cut quality, please send us your logo in vector format (PDF, AI, or EPS). If you do not have a vector file, our technical team can review the file you have provided and assist you in adapting it.
Logistics and Orders
How long does production and delivery take?
Once the final design has been approved, the average production time ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. We deliver throughout the country (including the islands) and internationally.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. At Tributus, we value small local events just as much as large international galas. We produce everything from single, custom-made pieces to large series of medals for mass events.
Communication and Customer Service
In which languages can the Tributus team assist me?
At Tributus, we value personal attention. Our sales team is multilingual and ready to assist you in Portuguese, English, French, Italian, or Spanish. We want you to feel comfortable discussing the details of your project in your native language.
How does the design approval process work for customers outside Portugal?
The process is fully digital and transparent. We send detailed mockups via email with complete specifications. We only proceed to production after your final approval, ensuring that the trophy you receive at your address is exactly what you envisioned.
European Logistics
Do you ship to other countries in Europe?
Yes, we ship our trophies and medals throughout the European Union. We work with leading logistics partners who ensure that your order arrives safely and quickly in any European city.
How long does shipping outside of Portugal take?
For European shipments, transit time after production is typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. We always provide a tracking number so you can track your order in real time until it is delivered to the event venue.
How are the trophies packaged to ensure they don’t break during international shipping?
We take great care in packaging our items. We use reinforced packaging and eco-friendly protective materials to ensure that every item arrives in perfect condition, no matter how far it travels.
