Cycling continues to be a sport that brings together athletes, fans, and audiences of various ages, cultures, and experiences, in locations across the globe. Proof of this are two events taking place in September: the 2nd Stage Costa Magallanes, in the Canary Islands, and the 6th AP Resorts Tavira Granfondo, in the Algarve.

The 2nd Stage Costa Magallanes

Scheduled for September 27 and 28, 2025, this is a mountain biking event—MTB—held on the island of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, characterized by its stage race format, with three modalities to choose from: MTB, e-bike, and gravel. Cyclists will have to compete in 10 km time trials, 70 km marathons or XCM, and 40 km races, spread over two stages. The route of the Stage Costa Magallanes will take place through the natural landscapes of the coast of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, the place where Fernão de Magalhães docked his fleet in 1519—hence the name of this event.
Organized by Club Ciclista Chindia (C.C. Chindia) and with the support of the Ayuntamiento de Granadilla de Abona, this 2nd Stage Costa Magallanes will have trophies produced by Tributus.

6th AP Resorts Tavira Granfondo

Returning to the town of Tavira, in the Algarve, is the AP Resorts Tavira Granfondo, a cycling event that is gaining more prominence with each edition and which, as in previous years, will once again feature medals and trophies produced by Tributus. Taking place on September 28, 2025, this year's event will feature four races: the Granfondo of approximately 135 km, the Mediofondo of approximately 95 km, the Minifondo of approximately 55 km, and the Paracycling race.
Organized by the Tavira Cycling Union Cultural and Sports Center, the Tavira Bike Team Club, and the Luz de Tavira Cycling Tourism Center, the AP Resorts Tavira Granfondo is a cycling event open to everyone. Although it is not competitive in nature, it has established itself in the sporting calendar for this sport.
