Sustainable and creative awards: why events in Europe choose TRIBUTUS

In February 2026, several sporting events in Europe will feature sustainable TRIBUTUS medals and trophies. Check out some of them.

In an increasingly competitive environment, the choice of awards says a lot about the identity of an event and its organizing body. It is for this reason that many organizers are once again working with TRIBUTUS in 2026. For our company, this means strengthening our role as trusted partners in creating customized and sustainable awards, tailored to different deadlines and budgets. In this article, we share some examples from the international sports calendar for February.

4th Figueira Champions Classic 2026, Portugal, February 14–15

The Figueira Champions Classic is back for another edition of this race, which is part of the UCI ProSeries international cycling circuit. And, just as it has been since 2024, TRIBUTUS is the chosen supplier to produce the prizes that will celebrate the cyclists’ achievements. For the event organizers, the decision to continue working with our company is due to our experience in working with major international events, our ability to meet tight deadlines and the quality of the materials in our range. The Figueira Champions Classic is one of the most prestigious events held in Portugal and will take place on February 14 and 15, 2026.

41st Fuencarral El Pardo Half Marathon, Spain, February 15

One of the international events held in Spain for which TRIBUTUS has produced the awards is the Fuencarral El Pardo Half Marathon. This is the 41st edition of a race that takes athletes through some of Madrid’s neighborhoods and is scheduled for February 15, 2026. For the second consecutive year, Agrupación Deportiva Marathon, one of the competition’s organizing entities, has entrusted TRIBUTUS with the production of the awards. For that organization, it has been crucial to work with a company that understands the particularities of the Spanish market, which is characterized by its heterogeneity (regions with distinct socioeconomic contexts).

10K RRunning Pays de Lorient 2026, in France, on February 15

An event making its debut this year is the 10KM RRunning Pays de Lorient, in France, for which the Team Bretagne Ultra Trail asked our company to help produce the prizes. This association has organized several events in France and is deeply connected to outdoor and nature activities. Therefore, it made sense to seek a partner that could offer solutions respectful of the planet with sustainable prizes—from materials to packaging, including production techniques—TRIBUTUS stands out for its manufacturing process.

The 21st Winterclash 2026, in the Netherlands, February 26–28

TRIBUTUS is present at events in various European countries, such as the Netherlands, which in February will host the 21st edition of Winterclash. This roller skating event has been bringing together a community of fans from around the world since 2005 and continues to grow years later. Despite being an event with two decades of history, the Winterclash appeals to a young, urban, and global audience. The organization therefore needed a partner that combined creativity with international logistics capabilities—and this is the second consecutive year that TRIBUTUS has produced the awards.

From the national to the European stage, here are some of the sporting events in February that will feature TRIBUTUS medals and trophies—customized and sustainable, designed specifically for each event. And yours, already have the awards you deserve?
