The concept of backpacking cycling
The concept of backpacking cycling is to travel by bike independently, carrying only the essentials for spending the night and surviving in natural landscapes. It differs from traditional cycle touring and allows cyclists (who travel lighter) to have more mobility to explore different terrains and more remote and less traveled trails or paths. This modality combines the feeling of freedom that cycling provides with the adrenaline rush of exploring trails, and is considered one of the most exciting ways to travel by bicycle.
