O Circuito Ciclista Jorge Nunes, o DMUT – Douro Montemuro Ultra Trilhos e a Corrida do Vinho e da Pera Rocha são três importantes eventos do calendário desportivo com prémios Tributus. The 10th Jorge Nunes Cycling Circuit in Grândola
In its 10th edition, the Jorge Nunes Cycling Circuit will once again attract hundreds of cyclists and cycling fans to the municipality of Grândola and will take place on May 31, 2025. Organized by the Casa do Benfica de Grândola and the Setúbal District Cycling Association, this emblematic race is a tribute to Jorge Nunes, one of the national cycling figures, and is part of the official calendar of the Portuguese Cycling Federation.
The Douro Montemuro Ultra Trails 2025
Organized by the Cinfães a Correr Sports Association, the Douro Montemuro Ultra Trilhos (DMUT) is a trail running event certified by ATRP - Associação de Trail Running de Portugal and ITRA - International Trail Running Association, and its competitive races count towards national and international circuits, including the UTMB Index. The DMUT includes four competitive events - Trail Ultra, Trail, Sprint and Youth - and a walk.
The 14th Rocha Pear and Wine Race
Also returning is Wine and Rocha Pear RaceThis is an event that has been organized by the Clube Desportivo do Bombarral and is supported by the União das Freguesias de Bombarral e Vale Covo, the Municipality of Bombarral and the Leiria District Athletics Association. The Wine and Rocha Pear Race stands out for being an inclusive event, with races for various ages and adapted sports. This 14th edition of the Race will take place on June 7, 2025, in Bombarral, and its sponsor is Domingos Castro, one of Portugal's and the world's leading athletes in athletics.
